New Clients

I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone call for new clients. This is an opportunity for you to share what you hope to gain from therapy, for me to tell you more about my therapeutic approach, and answer any questions you may have. Finding the right fit between client and therapist is essential, and this call helps us to explore if my services are a good match for your needs.

What to Expect
All appointments will take place via telehealth through your patient portal. Your first appointment consists of a complete intake assessment. Following appointments are typically 50 minutes.

Fees
The initial intake session fee is $325. The subsequent therapy session fees vary by length of session, with 50 minute sessions being $250. Payment is due at the time of your appointment through your patient portal. I am considered out of network for health insurance.  I can provide you with monthly superbills detailing the nature and cost of your treatment for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to find out your out of network benefits.

Cancellation Policy
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You will be charged $100 for not showing or failing to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. I appreciate you respecting the cancelation policy but also understand that life happens and try to be as understanding as possible.
