Therapy

I provide individual therapy in the form of telehealth. The frequency and length of treatment is tailored to each client. Everyone’s situation is unique, and therefore each person’s experience in therapy will be different and tailored to fit your needs and goals. I strive to create a collaborative environment of empathic understanding, trust, and acceptance. This is the foundation upon which I teach strategies to help you cope with and overcome your unique struggles. A big part of my approach also focuses on nervous system regulation and your personal strengths to help you not only feel better but to thrive. Therapy begins with a clinical intake and follows with weekly to monthly appointments depending on what you need. Sessions last 45 to 50 minutes.
